Travel and Terrain Advice

Even if the weather improves, this is a day for caution. Be on the lookout for newly formed wind slabs and storm slabs. Starting the day with smaller terrain to check snow conditions is a good idea. The "terrain traps" in the forest are also filling in. However, remember to imagine what is under the snowpack and choose a safe line. Principle behaviors such as stopping in a safe place and skiing one at a time will reduce the number of accidents. Have a good day.
