Snowpack

Increasing the elevation has the effect of wind, which is formed by wind slabs. Also, there was yesterday's good weather, and the snow surface was damp or melted on the surface exposed to strong solar radiation. Even at low altitudes, the north side is dry and in good condition.

The Japan Meteorological Agency predicts late night rain or snow, and a maximum temperature of 7 degrees (elevation 13 m) for the Joetsu region of Niigata prefecture depending on the wind, cloud, and place in the south.
