Also, point avalanches can occur on very steep slopes, so avoid places combined with “topographic traps”. Even a small avalanche can be fatal. And even in places with low elevations, think that if strong winds begin to blow, the degree of danger rises.

Yesterday (17th), a point avalanche of size 1 due to snow that began shaking in the morning was responding to human stimuli.
Snowpack
Snowfall since yesterday (17th) morning has formed a new storm slab. Due to the atmospheric pressure arrangement, snowfall continues in a relatively weak state of wind. No noticeable vulnerability has been observed in the layers below the middle layer of the snow cover.
Weather
The Japan Meteorological Agency is forecasting westerly winds, snow, and a maximum temperature of 1℃ (elevation 13m) for the Joetsu region of Niigata prefecture. At Myoko Sasagamine (elevation 1310m), there was a temperature of -9℃ (as of 5:00), 22cm in the past 12 hours, and snowfall of 27cm in the past 24 hours.
